Class Policy

We love classes, and enjoy having you spend this time with us! Please note the following policies:

To reserve your spot in a class, first, you have to register. You can do this in person, by phone or mail. Next, payment has to be made. You can pay with a check, cash, or credit card. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) WE CAN NOT HOLD YOUR PLACE IN CLASS WITHOUT PAYMENT.
Please verify your personal schedule prior to class registration. Class fees are NONREFUNDABLE. In the event of insufficient enrollment you will receive a full refund of class fees paid.
The fee for each class has been determined by the owner and instructor. This fee DOES NOT include materials and/or supplies needed for the class, unless otherwise noted.
No children or guests permitted in class.
A supply list will be available at registration. A 10% discount is given for class materials and tools purchased at Prairie Flower Crafts.
All patterns, books and handouts cannot be shared or photocopied due to copyright laws.

Are you a member? This is the greatest deal ever! Only $25.00 a person per year. We meet on the second Friday of each month at 6:30 pm until ??? You get 10% off every purchase throughout that year. You also get 20% off purchases made during each Sip & Sew event. FREE snacks and drinks (leaded & unleaded.) You also get to be the first to preview all new fabric! Plus, we have a whole lot of fun!

5th Saturday Sale

During the year, there are months that contain a 5th Saturday. On these Saturdays the shop hosts a sale where you, the customer can purchase a Prairie Flower Crafts handled bag and a key chain tag for the bargain price of $10.00! The purchase of a bag and tag then qualifies you for a 20% discount for all items that you can fit into the bag on each sale day. BUT WAIT there is more..... Keep your bag and the NEXT year you can purchase a new tag for only $5.00 and use the combo on every 5th Saturday of the next year!
